• Our Error: If a processing error occurs on our end, we will correct and resend your documents at no additional charge.

• Customer Error: If incorrect information is submitted by the customer, a $20 re-processing fee per statement will apply to correct and regenerate the documents.

By using our services, you agree to pay all charges incurred and confirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
